Thoughtful design. Meaningful lives.
Able & Grace develops accessible residential communities, products, and services that support adults with intellectual, developmental, and mobility disabilities in living stable, connected, and meaningful lives.
Founded in Austin, Texas
Our Purpose
Able & Grace is grounded in the belief that people with intellectual, developmental, and mobility disabilities, and those who care for them, deserve to move through life with greater ease, dignity, and grace.
As the mother of a son with significant disabilities, I experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate a world that was never designed with his needs in mind. Simple things required extraordinary effort, and the path forward was rarely clear or supported. Over time, it became evident that these challenges were not the exception, but the norm for families like ours.
For many individuals and families, there is a quiet cliff where school ends, services fall away, and the systems, environments, and everyday places most people move through with ease become even harder to access, harder to manage, and harder to belong within.
It doesn’t have to be this way. We welcome conversations with families, partners, and those interested in helping bring these environments to life.

Learn More
Able & Grace is in the early planning and vision phase. Potential residents, parents, caregivers, partners, and investors are invited to share their information to stay informed and follow progress.
We are also seeking conversations with landowners, developers, investors, service providers, government agencies, and community partners aligned with the creation of inclusive, community-integrated living environments for adults with disabilities.
Pilot opportunities are currently being explored in the Austin area, with collaboration playing an important role in bringing this model to life.
